About Vietnam Briefing

Vietnam Briefing is published by Asia Briefing Ltd, and has been produced since 2008. It publishes a wealth of information on Vietnam, including Vietnam Briefing magazine and our daily online business news service. Vietnam Briefing readers are typically international businessmen interested or involved in Vietnam, legal counsels, tax and audit specialists and academics. Asia Briefing also publishes titles in China, India, Russia and Emerging Asia. It is contributed to by the Asian foreign direct investment practice, Dezan Shira & Associates.

Asia Briefing was founded by Chris Devonshire-Ellis in 1999. Chris is the Principal and Founding Partner of Dezan Shira & Associates, which he founded in 1992. The firm provides advice concerning foreign direct investment law, establishment, tax and accounting throughout Asia and maintains seventeen offices across the region including Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
