		<description>It&#039;s funny you mention that most taxis now have a meter. They almost all did back in 2007 when I visited BUT... about one in ten were engaged in some kind of meter scam wherein they would vigorously flick some little switch behind the steering wheel whenever the foreign passengers were gazing at the sights outside. Keep a close eye on that meter folks and at the first sign of trouble just point at the meter, get out at the the next set of traffic lights, without paying of course, and then walk away in the opposite direction to the traffic!</description>
