HCMC Franchise Exhibition Set for November 1-3

Oct. 29 – The Vietnam International Shop and Franchise Show 2012 (VIETSF 2012) is marked as the biggest annual exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, with over 130 companies and more than 234 booths set to participate this year. This year’s event looks to attract more than 20,000 visitors to the show floor.

Some of the well-known international companies scheduled to participate in the event include:

  • Tous Les Jours
  • D’art Chocolate
  • Curves
  • GNC
  • Uncle Bills
  • Super Brain
  • Macor
  • Vivabon

In addition, some consulting companies that specialize in franchising law will also participate in VIETSF 2012, including Limcharoen Hughes & Granville and Harvey Law Group. Foreign companies from countries including South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Switzerland and the United States are taking spaces on the show floor to look for new business opportunities within the Vietnamese market.

Aside from the excited activities for visitors and exhibitors, the year’s seminar schedule is full with many industry experts. Featured speakers include individuals from companies and industries such as Colliers (retail and leasing) and Limchareon Hughes & Glanville (franchise and regulation). Also attracting attention, the top 12 hospitals from Gangnam (area in Seoul, South Korea) will discuss interesting topics relating to Korean medical tourism in a full-day seminar from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on November 2.

During the three-day show, there will be one-on-one business matching events arranged by the organizers for buyers coming from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, France, Korea, Vietnam and the United States to look for new business opportunities in the local market. The VIETSF 2012 event organizers hope that the exhibition will be a beneficial and trustworthy marketing tool for companies in Vietnam’s franchise industry and other industries as well.

VIETSF 2012 will be held from November 1-3 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center at 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This year’s exhibition is coming with the goal of connecting companies to business partners, buyers, and suppliers.
