Jun. 12 – The Vietnam Industry and Trade Information Center and Alibaba Group, the world’s largest e-commerce company, have agreed to develop e-commerce in Vietnam.
The deal will allow Vietnamese suppliers to be introduced on Alibaba’s online exchange, where buyers and sellers around the world can connect to do business. Moreover, it would help ease small- and medium-sized enterprises access to the global market. Local companies can also qualify for special “Gold Supplier” recognition to increase credibility on the site.
